Below is a googlemap of the proposed reroute of Line 5 in Wisconsin. The map contains the pipeline right of way, access roads the company will be building during construction, horizontal direct drilling (HDD) sites, pipe yards as well as shaded areas representing public lands. The map will be updated with the observations received from volunteer monitors.

You can explore the map here or click the upper right hand corner to view it in Google Maps. Once you open it in Google Maps, the map remains in your google drive and can be accessed later. On mobile devices, it will be stored in the Google Maps app under “saved” and “maps”. You can also download the map on your phone for offline viewing in Google Maps so that you can use it even without an internet connection or cell service:  open the app, search for the area you want to save, and then tap “Download offline map” from the place’s information panel.

If you practice higher levels of data security you can direct download the map data as a .kml file,  please click here

You can also send observations securely by protonmail. [link coming soon]
