There has been an alarming amount of frac-outs this summer during re- route construction, so much so that its been hard to keep track of which ones happened where and when. This page is meant to keep a running list of frac-outs as they are reported either through the WDNR Open Spill Incidents Database, or through local eyewitnesses reports.
