Oral Arguments in the Michigan Supreme Court in the MPSC Line 5 Case

Oral Arguments in the Michigan Supreme Court will be heard for the Line 5 Tunnel Reroute Case. Tribal nations and environmental groups interested in the protection and preservation of the state’s natural resources or their own fishing and treaty rights, appealed the Michigan Public Service Commision’s final order to approve Enbridge’s tunnel project to the Court of Appeals, which affirmed in a published opinion.

The cases will be heard in the 6th floor courtroom at the Michigan Hall of Justice at 925 W. Ottawa St. in Lansing and will be livestreamed from the Michigan Supreme Court website.
