DNR Natural Resources Board September Meeting

The NRB sets policy for the DNR and takes public comment at their meetings. This is an opportunity to tell the DNR to act more strongly with Enbridge by ensuring that they don’t complete the bypass construction without permits and by revoking the Line 5 reroute permits for substantial noncompliance and endangering human health and the environment.

The meeting starts at 8:30 am, but the Open Forum is agenda item #5,

To Speak: The deadline to request to testify and/or submit written comments for Board Consideration is one week beforehand, at 11 am on Wednesday September 16, 2026.
