SUMMARY:Bad River Watershed Bioblitz
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the month of August in observing as many species in the Bad River Watershed as we can! We are especially interested in surveying for threatened\, endangered\, and nonlocal beings. We are most interested in observations of these species along waterways *one quarter mile upstream* and *two miles downstream* of the proposed reroute. However\, we are not looking to observe species on any Bad River Reservation lands. \nTo submit observations\, check out our iNaturalist event\, where you can also see a map of the area of interest. For checking locations\, see https://watchline5.com/wisconsin-reroute/ for a downloadable map of the proposed reroute and access roads. If surveying by waterways\, ensure you are entering along public roads and staying within the current to avoid trespassing on private properties. \nEmail tne.search2@proton.me for more info or to get connected with surveying opportunities! See https://watchline5.com/endangered-and-threatened-species-survey/ for more info.
